1. order processing time

- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. shipping times & costs

- Free Standard Shipping Australia-wide: 5–14 business days.

 

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs clearance, or public holidays.

3. tracking your order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. 

4. delays & lost packages

- If your order is delayed, check your tracking link for updates.

- If your package is lost in transit, contact us at support@pulseau.com and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

5. incorrect address policy

It is your responsibility to provide correct shipping details at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately.
We cannot guarantee address changes after your order has been processed.
